ABOUT US

The MBA Tennis Academy’s Competitive Tennis School is led by former professional players David de Miguel, Jordi Burillo, and Tino Anda. The Academy’s name, MiguelBurilloAnda, is formed from the initials of their last names in this order.

Three lives dedicated to tennis: first as players on the professional circuit and then as coaches and trainers in various tennis schools. They joined forces to guide young players in developing their potential as athletes.
The extensive experience that the MBA founders gained on the professional circuit is now shared with young players, forming the Academy’s philosophy. They work to help players recognize their strengths and skills, setting athletic goals for each player. The Academy provides the tools needed to succeed in training, in matches, and ultimately in each player’s tennis career.

MISSION

Our mission is to support the holistic development of young athletes through tennis training, focusing on both their athletic and personal growth. We aim to instill the core values of sports and competition: effort, attitude, perseverance, respect, humility, teamwork, motivation, and respect.

VISION

Our vision is to become a leading academy in the field, known for the quality of our teaching and professionalism. We are driven by the ambition to take on new challenges, allowing us to expand our facilities and services for the tennis-loving community at Club Tennis Cabrils and MBA Tennis Academy.

OUR VALUES

Our values are at the heart of everything we do, guiding us in each training session and in every relationship we build. The path to excellence is forged not only on the court but also in how we live and teach.

Passion

We love what we do. Having dedicated our lives to tennis, we want to share our professional experience as players and coaches with everyone who shares our passion for this sport, regardless of age.

Honesty

Transparency and sincerity form the foundation of MBA Tennis Academy. These principles guide our relationships with players and their families.

Teamwork

Both the Academy’s growth and each player’s progress are built on a foundation of genuine collaboration and support, where combining strengths is key.

THE ACADEMY

TRAINING

Training young tennis players involves not only developing their physical and athletic skills but also nurturing their overall personal growth. At MBA Tennis Academy, we believe that becoming a great tennis player goes hand in hand with becoming a good person—someone grounded in values such as respect, humility, teamwork, and dedication.
In today’s digital age, with its emphasis on immediacy and quick results, patience and resilience can often feel compromised for young people. However, training in a sport like tennis provides young players with invaluable life lessons, building inner strength through experiences encountered in each practice and competition: days of disappointment, days of pride and satisfaction, and even days of frustration when things don’t go as planned.

P But they learn to try again. They learn to keep fighting and realize that the key isn’t just avoiding setbacks but rising again and again—whether to win a match, to achieve the grades they want on a test, or to secure a job they are passionate about. They’re learning for life.

If you’re looking to provide your child with a training environment built on these principles, give us a call or visit us at Club Tennis Cabrils.
